Ninh Hoa Nem (Ninh Hoa pork roll or pork rolled in banana leaves) – of authentic Dang Van Quyen Trade Mark – originated from ancestors in Hamlet 5, Ninh Hoa Township in early 1950s then handed down to the son Dang Van Quyen, who has developed this dish. In 1987, he moved to Nha Trang city, and since then, has continued to develop this ancestors handed-down occupation to present. This trade mark has been widely known home and abroad.
